At ACCEA MALAYSIA, we offer a variety of meeting rooms tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. From training sessions and corporate presentations to interviews, team meetings, webinar broadcasts, seminars, satellite office setups, and private lessons, we have the perfect space for any event.
Additionally, our on-site coworking space is available free of charge for all meeting room users.
Facilities Overview
Large Meeting Rooms: Equipped with projectors, screens, whiteboards, lecterns, and audio systems with microphones, ideal for large-scale events and presentations
Small Meeting Rooms: Feature large monitors, suitable for small group meetings and seminars.
All Meeting Rooms: Offer high-speed free Wi-Fi and complimentary drinks, ensuring a comfortable experience for all users.

STEP1 Receive Passcode by EmailThe passcode will be provided to the person in charge of the reservation. If you are using the meeting room, please confirm the passcode with the applicant.

STEP2 Scan QR Code with SmartphonePlease scan the QR code for the meeting rooms located at the Co-working Space entrance.

STEP3 Enter Passcode & Unlock to EnterEnter the passcode on the transition screen and tap the “Unlock” button. After unlocking the door, please use the meeting room in the coworking space.

STEP4 ExitWhen leaving, scan the QR code again and enter the passcode to unlock and exit.
