1, Please ensure that preparation, entry, and exit are completed within the booked time. Overtime use will incur additional charges.
2, You are free to move furniture such as chairs and desks, but please restore everything to its original condition within your booked time.
3, Please consult with us if your meeting runs over the scheduled end time or if you wish to extend your booking.
4, In case of damage or loss of room facilities or equipment, please contact us immediately.
5, Smoking is prohibited inside the meeting room.
6, Cancellation fees will apply to the total amount of the booking fee (including options) after a reservation has been made.
7, For security reasons, surveillance cameras may be installed inside the rental meeting rooms.

Up to 31 days before the date of use: | 10% of the booking fee |
From 30 to 15 days before the date of use: | 50% of the booking fee |
From 14 days to the day of use: | 100% of the booking fee |
Cancellation Fees
Usage of our facilities will not be permitted under any of the following circumstances:
* When deemed contrary to public order or morals.
* When there is a risk of damaging the facilities or equipment.
* When there is a possibility of causing nuisance to neighbors or other occupants of the facility.
* When recognized as a seminar for network business or multi-level marketing.
* When associated with organized crime, antisocial groups, or engaging in illegal activities.
* When bringing in hazardous materials or using open flames.
* When the user transfers or subleases their right of use to a third party without our consent.
* When judged by us that the brought-in equipment or its use exceeds common sense.
* When the reservation information provided at the time of application is found to be false.
* When judged by us to be inappropriate for reasons of public order or safety management.
* When actions contravene relevant laws, regulations, or directives from relevant government agencies.
* When otherwise deemed inappropriate by us.
