Q Can I change the meeting room after making a reservation?

A As a general rule, you must cancel your current reservation and make a new one. Cancellation fees may apply.

Q Can I make reservations in 30-minute increments?

A Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations in 30-minute increments.

Q How far in advance can I book?

A You can make provisional or confirmed reservations up to 90 days in advance. Please contact us for long-term use.

General Usage

Q How should I enter and exit on the day of use?

A Please come directly to the venue. There is no key distribution. Use the passcode provided at the time of reservation to scan the QR code on the entry/exit door to lock and unlock it.

Q When can I enter the venue?

A Entry and exit must be within your reserved time.

Q Can I set up a reception outside the meeting room in the hallway?

A Unfortunately, use of hallways and other common areas is not permitted.

Q Are there any rooms where filming is allowed?

A Filming is generally not permitted in common areas or the exterior of the building, but filming inside the room you reserved is allowed. Please ensure not to capture other guests in your shots, especially as some areas may be part of a cafe.

Services

Q Can I request a change in layout?

A You are responsible for changing the layout and restoring it to its original state. Please include setup and cleanup time in your reservation.

Fees & Payment

Q What are the payment methods?

A Please make payment at the reception before use on the day of the booking.

Q What happens if I book for three hours but finish in two?

A Even if you finish earlier than the scheduled end time, the fee for the reserved time must be paid in full.

Q Can I get a receipt?

A Please request a receipt at the time of payment.

Q Is there a discount for long-term use?

A Discounts may be available for long-term use or annual contracts, so please feel free to discuss your needs with us.

Viewing

Q Can I view or inspect the meeting room beforehand?

A Yes, please contact us by phone to arrange this.

Facilities

Q Is there internet access?

A Wi-Fi is available.

Q Can I get extra chairs or desks?

A Unfortunately, we do not have spare chairs or desks available.

Food & Drink

Q Is food and drink allowed?

A Food and drink are permitted in all venues.
